A nineteenth century Aboriginal Australian wooden stick from Pine Creek in the Gulf of Carpentaria, Northern Territory, Australia. It has a point used for digging and was called by the donor a 'waddy'. This item was collected by Constable Allan McDonald of the Northern Territory Mounted Constabulary and formerly of the Greenock detective force. |
